Talk to me: How do you act out when you are feeling suicidal, and how do you deal with it?

I’d like to have some tips on dealing with suicidal feelings. Feel free to say anything you like (sorry but I won’t respond to hate).

Here is an excerpt of the book I am reading and I felt so emotional while I was reading this statement because I feel as if those non-sufferers of BPD could just understand for one moment what it is like, they would not attached a label or judge the actions of those who have BPD but yet have some sense of understanding to what it feels like to live in a constant and never ending hell…

Ahhh! I just got this book a couple of days ago! I can’t wait to read it. Planning on reading it after I finish my book about the crazy bitch who is addicted to abortions.
